Mark J. Vogel is performance-driven, experienced Commercial Real Estate Investment Banker with a proven ability to structure complex investments and financings within the institutional Real Estate community. Vogel has comprehensive experience at executing complex first mortgage/mezzanine debt financings and equity placements for numerous acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, asset optimizations, workouts, sale leasebacks and loan sales on clients’ behalf.
Over the last 15 years Vogel has developed key national relationships leading to various investments and financings into lifestyle centers, retail shopping centers and regional malls, office, multi-family, industrial, hotel, and self-storage properties. Vogel has the ability to lead teams of analyst, lenders, lender’s counsel, sales advisory and third party providers to facilitate client capital raisings.
- Structured and negotiated fixed and floating rate notes, equity and joint venture partnership agreements, purchase agreements, multi-lender transactions, letters of credit, earn-outs, hold-backs, master leases, tenant improvement reserve accounts, hospitality property improvement plans, carve-outs, A Note/B Note bifurcations, pari passu and mezzanine lender inter-creditor agreements, tax abatement negotiations, subordinations of asset management agreements, tenant/equipment leases, and equity/debt positions.
- Placed over 250 senior and mezzanine debt, joint venture, equity, sale and single tenant sale leaseback transactions exceeding $4,000,000,000 with Equity Investors, CMBS, Pension and Hedge Fund, Life Insurance and Commercial Banking institutions.
- Oversaw the organization of equity/debt financing packages, negotiations of term sheets and letters of intent, underwritings, loan documents, appraisals, environmental/property condition reports while monitoring the documentation processes. Assisted clients with analysis of property quality/valuation, tenant creditworthiness, lease review, and investor return modeling.
Daniel J. Geuther
Daniel J. Geuther is a client-focused Commercial Real Estate Investment Banker with expertise in structuring financings and investments within the institutional real estate community. Having developed key relationships within the commercial real estate community, and an advanced knowledge of real estate markets, Geuther works closely with clients to evaluate real estate holdings and craft unique solutions to advance client capital needs.
On behalf of clients, Geuther leads the process of structuring and executing complex financings and equity placements with a diverse group of institutional lenders.
Prior to joining RiverCore, Geuther worked with The Townsend Group. While at Townsend, Geuther advised institutional investors on commercial real estate investments with aggregate allocations in excess of $10 billion, and developed strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, and lenders. Geuther participated in all levels of building and managing client’s real estate portfolios, including strategy development and implementation, sourcing and underwriting investments, legal negotiations, and performance measurement. Geuther worked on the underwriting of direct asset acquisitions and private equity real estate funds with total buying power in excess of $4 billion, and participated in the recommendation of more than $2.5 billion of client equity investments.

Reuven S. Green

Reuven S. Green has been with RiverCore since its formation. His primary role is to oversee all of the company’s loans, providing assistance in navigating the analytical and closing process. In addition, Green oversees the Company’s Sub-Servicing department, coordinating quarterly and annual due-diligence collections and facilitating the release of reserves and other hold-backs. Green has had a variety of experiences in the financial industry proving invaluable to RiverCore’s clients while understanding their specific needs.
Prior to joining RiverCore Green was a management consultant at Prosist. There he successfully assisted several emerging medium sized businesses to grow through name rebranding, enhancement of web presence, and internal technological advancements. Green creatively assisted various medium-sized businesses to more than double their real estate portfolio and advised a corrective solution to successfully help a child-care business rebrand their company while implementing a material design platform by updating most of the company’s technological infrastructure.
Green also served as the Managing Partner at Allied Investment Group. There he syndicated a multitude of real estate projects and private placements by identifying potential projects and putting together a necessary team for multiple investment opportunities. Some of the many projects include the Trump Philly Tower and Realprospex. Green facilitated all due-diligence and successfully placed funding for many commercial real estate projects.
